Hey parents! My name is Tala Hershey. I am a speech and language pathologist, toddler language expert, speech and language parent coach, and most importantly - mom to two wild and crazy toddler boys.

I live in New York with my husband and kids and got my masters degree in Speech and Language Pathology from New York University. Prior to that, I studied psychology and vocal performance. I'm trained in DIR Floortime, PROMPT level 2, Sounds in Motion, along with numerous other trainings.

Okay, okay, enough about my background. Who am I, really?

I'm a mom. I love my boys more than anything in the world. We dance, we bake, we play, we have lots and lots of fun. I'm realistic. I'm busy as hell. I run two businesses and want to be there for every second of my boys growing up. At any given time, my mind is running a to-do list miles long.

I can also bet that you're probably the same. That's why I created a program for parents who are busy, are running through checklists, but also do not want to miss a beat with their kids. One MORE thing on my to do list? No thank you. My goal is to provide you with tangible, bite-sized steps to learning the language boosting strategies that I use in therapy, and then incorporating them into your everyday life. Nothing changes, but your toddler's language development thrives.

Parenting is hard!! It's the only job in the world that doesn't come with a training, or a handbook. So, when your toddler has difficulty with expressive language, how are you supposed to know what to do? That's where I come in. No more sifting through google, no more waiting on waitlists, for referrals, evaluations, none.

Traditional speech therapy for expressive language difficulties is just not enough if you want to see results, fast. We need to maximize the time you're with your toddler and go from 30-minutes of speech a week to incorporating the strategies throughout your entire day. And, we need to get everyone on your toddler's team aligned, learning the same strategies, and on the same page.

I am completely committed to ensuring that you learn every strategy and how to implement them wherever and whenever you are with your toddler.
